This apartment is located in a prestigeous buildling and is lovely and
bright and set just steps from the Grand Canal. This ideal location is
very close to the Ca'Doro vaporetto boat stop and is in front of the Rialto
gondola "traghetto" which makes continuous crossings of the
Grand Canal to the Rialto open air market for just 50 cents. This is a
very convenient and wonderful location to be in for a short stay in Venice
and one of the most sought after. Surrounding your apartment you will
find everything, cafes, restaurants, clothing stores etc. In addition
there are several historical areas and sites just minutes away, including
the Jewish Ghetto, the Rialto Bridge, the Ca'Doro Museum, and much more.
San Marco Square is only a 15 min walk away from this lovely property.
The apartment itself is extremely nice and has lots of large windows, a terrace with dining table and chairs and a lovely view from the dining/living room windows facing a pretty square. The apartment has been newly restored yet retains its Venetian character and is very comfortably furnished. Inside you will find an entrance, three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfortable living room and dining room. From the entrance, you also access a lovely terrace with table and chairs and rooftops view and the Santa Sofia Church. The bedrooms have 2 with queen beds, one with 2 single beds in them, the bathrooms are fitted with one tub and one shower respectively. The property also has central air conditioning.
This apartment is ideal for 6 people. We do not accept more than six people nor do we accept less than one week stays in this apartment.
