This apartment is located in the Castello district, a characteristic and typical Venetian neighborhood. Its in a pleasant area just steps from the water of the lagoon and a five minute walk from S. Marco Square.
The apartment itself is on the first floor with approx. 35 steps up.

The living room leads to a staircase within the apartment going out to its own lovely private garden where there is another bedroom off of the garden patio area. Its a small room with a small bathroom of toilet and shower only. The bed in this second bedroom is a francese, which is smaller than a queen bed but larger than a single. Could possibly be used for 2 smaller people.
The garden speaks for itself. It has seating outside for 6 and is not overlooked by other buildings. Its full of plants and flowers and lots of charm.
This apartment is ideal for 3 people, (potential for 4 as mentioned) looking for a very Venetian neighborhood with little tourists, yet a couple of minutes away from all of the most important landmarks in the city.
