The Accademia/Dorsoduro Canal View Apartment This very bright and comfortable apartment is located just one minute away from the Accademia Bridge and Accademy of Belle Arte, just off the Grande Canal. Close to the boat stop, supermarket and lots of good restaurants. It is located in a quiet street in a prestigeous area of the Dorsodoro district. The apartment has easy access and and boasts a private entrance with sunny canal views from the living room, 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom. There is also another bedroom with two single beds and a foyer before the sleeping area as well. Both the living room and master bedroom have fireplaces. Upon entering the apartment there is a bright living room overlooking a canal with an open style new kitchen to the left. A bar type counter separates the two rooms. The two bathrooms are done in mosaic style tiles and both have large windows overlooking the canal. One has bath tub the other shower. There are mosquito screens on the windows which is a rarity in Venice and a big plus during our warmer months of July and August. There are modern appliances in the kitchen as well. The apartment sleeps 5.
