This apartment is situated in the Dorsodoro district of Venice, in a superb neighborhood, five minutes from the Accademia Bridge. There are plenty of shops and trattorias nearby along with a bookstore and newspaper stand all within a minutes walk. The apartment is very large and bright, and has two floors and its own private entrance and large garden (back yard). It also boasts an antique waterwell in the garden entrance. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and separate dining room. On the first floor there is a single bedded bedroom with shower bathroom off of it. There is also a living room, galley kitchen and dining room all on this floor. The furnishings are mostly Venetian antique and done in the old Venetian style of centuries past. The sunny little garden can be seen from the entire apartment and there are doors off of the living room and entrance which lead into the garden. It seems almost as though the garden is within the home. Its quite rare while interesting and characteristic for Venice. On the second level, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has shower and tub and is large, the other is a tiny bathroom with just a shower. There is one matrimoniale (queen) bedded room, one two twin bedded room and one single bedded room. The apartment sleeps 6 in total.
