18 The Scores Photos
This superbly located house is one side of a large duplex built in 1890. It sits on The Scores, one of the four main streets of St. Andrews and the street closest to the sea. The house is steps away from two outstanding attractions: the first tee and 18th hole of St. Andrews' famous Old Course, as well as the windswept expanse of West Sands, named as one of Britain's most beautiful beaches and the backdrop for some of the memorable running scenes in the movie "Chariots of Fire."
The house has a warm and cozy feel, due to the high gleam of its woodwork, thoughtfully chosen pieces of antique furniture, and wall-to-wall carpet throughout. Visitors will enjoy gathering in the bright living room, the inviting dining room and the sunny conservatory Next to the kitchen.
