The living room has two comfortable sofas, an armchair, writing desk and chair, a decorative fireplace and a small TV with a built-in video and a DVD player. The dining area is open-plan with the kitchen and has a table and eight chairs and French doors leading on to the small patio.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge \ freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a small utility room at one end of the kitchen that has the washing machine and tumble dryer.
