Rental Accommodation
This is a pretty mews house in a quiet cobbled street. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a garage with space for the average size car (additional charge).

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are on the first floor and lead from a pretty, spacious landing. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a balcony overlooking the mews with a table and chairs. It has a dressing area with good wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and excellent cupboard space.

Living Space
The large reception room is on the ground floor. It is beautifully furnished and decorated to the highest standard. There is a fireplace, lovely comfy sofas and chairs and a TV and a video to one end. The round dining table seating six people, is to the rear of the room, adjacent to the kitchen.

Kitchen
Is adjacent to the dining area and fitted with all modern appliances including, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bathrooms
The master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, double wash-hand basins, a loo and a hand held shower over the tub. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle with a power shower, loo and wash-hand basin.

Location
Holland Park is one of the most prestigious and beautiful residential areas in London. Holland Park Mews is adjacent to some of the most gracious mansions in London. Holland Park itself is nearby and is one of the prettiest in the city. There are good local shops and wonderful restaurants. Portobello Road, Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are nearby and the local transport is excellent.
