The house is set in delightful countryside at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, 1km outside the village of Sablet. Surrounded by vineyards and hills, it enjoys delightful views of both the medieval village and the Rhône valley beyond. The garden is large and well maintained, and includes a new swimming pool and poolhouse with a summer kitchen, dining table and chairs as well as poolside loungers and a barbecue. Adjoining the south side of the house is a pergola-covered terrace with garden furniture.
