- Many villages & town are near by, the most well known are La Garde Freinet (thus the house’s name), Port Grimaud, Saint Tropez, Sainte Maxime, Manosque, Cogolin, Gassin, etc.
- “LA GARDE FREINET” food market welcomes a large array of local shops, vegetables & fruits stands, cheeses, fishmongers, butchers, delicatessens, bakeries, etc.

From Paris, “LA GARDE FREINET” can easily be reached via the TGV, flying or driving through the beautiful Rhône Valley.
