This property has the esteemed good fortune of adjoining the Maison
Alex Gambal winery. The spacious and comfortable house was built in
the late 19th century and fronts on a gated gravel courtyard shared with
a house owned by a friend of the owner. The house has a small private
patio suitable for entertaining in good weather. The house comprises three
floors and a two-room wine cellar, and includes five bedrooms, three and
one-half bathrooms, a living/dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, and
large laundry room.
On the ground floor are the kitchen, breakfast room, living/dining room,
half-bath at the end of the hallway, and a bedroom with a full bathroom.
This bedroom has a king-size bed.
On the second floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fireplace
(not functional). The full bathroom is down the hallway, which has a door
closing it off from the stairway. The second floor also contains the linen
closet and the laundry room, which is accessible through the bedroom or
via an outside door.
On the third floor are a full bathroom and three bedrooms. Bedroom A
contains a large twin bed, Bedroom B contains a full-size bed and a fireplace
(not functional), and Bedroom C contains two twin-size beds. Bedroom C
is accessible only through Bedroom B. Each bathroom contains a tub with
shower, one sink, toilet, and bidet (except for the third floor bathroom).
The fireplaces may not be used at this time.
